We forgot that we said things that we wanted to say and weren't afraid to say them. We forgot that we did everything we wanted to do and we weren't scared to do it. We, as adults, have forgotten that as children, we were really brave. And now we encounter situations in our life that scare us, that stress us, that worry us

Hi Evelyn, if I may add, thank you for that message for us adults to return to that space of bravery and inclusivity and resilience. And to us parents who are listening, I just wanted to add to what Evelyn has so eloquently said, if I may, Evelyn it for us to not strangle and suffocate that out of the children. We are responsible for that space of bravery, resilience and boldness to support it, to encourage it, to cheerlead it
