And it's what causes the pain. It's the discomfort of the allergies, the wheezing of the asthma, the stiffness and overusing of our muscles, even heart disease. That's crazy. I mean, that's catastrophic. Even forms of cancer. So in order to get better, we need to look at what we're putting in our body. We need to know that chronic inflammation, it breaks down our bodies and makes us more susceptible to disease

When I heard your message, I definitely agree there's a lot of itis. But when I was taking medical terminology, one of the things we learned that the its itis means inflammation of. So any part of your body that can be inflamed will have an itis attached to it. That's why there are so many itises. There's so many parts of the body that's capable of being hit with inflammation

Meat, cheese crackers sealed in a little cellophane container. Oh my goodness. How convenient. How in the world are you going to be packaging meat that is without process sitting in a refrigerated case? This meat has got so many preservatives that is sitting on the shelf next to a can of prego or ragu or, you know, pasta sauce or velveeta. That's another one. This isn't a cheese. And they don't even lie about it

So either one, it works for me. But, yeah, it takes some doing. It takes some recipes, it takes some spices and herbs to try to spice up these things that we don't normally eat.
