Sorry about the noise. They're not talking about anything about the motive. And I just don't know what she possibly could have been thinking. This is just insane. But I'm glad that no one else was injured. I'm really sorry about her having to die, because obviously she has some type of issue with somebody in that church. And she had mental illness. Now, that's not a definite diagnosis because we don't know her situation

Part of the bullet still in his leg, if they were to take it out, it's too close to, like, a major artery. He pretty much couldn't work the day after the shooting happened, whenever he got out of the hospital, had to learn how to walk again. He can walk, but not very far. He can stand, but not very long

Now, do I believe this incident, like the other incidents that are happening in these churches that are becoming, that are being broadcasted and being made known? Do I think this is God showing us that one we can't put our trust in man? Of course. It most definitely is. Is this God showing us what the scriptures say? I believe that wholeheartedly, and I'll believe it until God tells me different or someone proves me different. But I will say this

And so where we think that people have good intentions and people are good people and people are doing what God's telling them to do, God is saying not. So. Also, we have to remember that gifts and callings are not unto repentance. And basically what that means is if I'm gifted to do something, I can do that gifting and not have to repent for my sins, and I'll still be gifted to do that thing. And guess what else?

And you're right about all the things that he's covered up before. I don't know. I don't know. You say he's not a pastor. He's classified as a pastor. But if he's just a motivational speaker, fine. But many people follow him. And he is going to be held accountable for his deeds just like the rest of us. And if he is leading God's people astray, then I pray God has mercy on him

Oh, my gosh. Yes. I came across this on TikTok today, and I said, this can't be real. And then I was looking up more information and noticed that it was real. I honestly can't say that I went too intensely in looking up more information, because once I was able to perceive that it happened, this truly happened recently, not years ago, though. Not that it makes it right

I think that's all we can do is to pray. But to pray and have faith and know that God is in the midst of all of this, because I'm telling you, something's going on. And I don't just mean in this church. I mean, the devil is truly trying to hurt God's people as much as he possibly can. But then, as God's people, we have to be aware. We have to be on the lookout

She's approaching it from the angle that she's looking at what's happening in the church to learn from, to grow, to edify and strengthen the church. And you probably have seen all these things happening in the world right now. The IHOP international house of prayer in Kansas City, Missouri, is going through a scandal right now with Mike Bickle, the guy who founded it. There is so many scandals in the church right now, and there's a great falling away of many of the leaders

And God uses broken, immoral person to bring them and to grow. And so what usually will happen is in any given church, somebody's flame is not going to get full. Sometimes it gets fully extinguished, but sometimes it becomes a flicker instead of a burning light. But God will take the rest of it and spread it out. And so I think we're going to see more things happen in the church, and we're going to see more failings. We're going to see more shootings

Just the fact that we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior has already made us better. However, I don't think people come in the door knowing everything that they need to know as a newborn Christian. I mean, they have newborn christian classes and stuff like that and you can learn about God, and I'm grateful for that. But what about the revivals and stuff that we used to have? What about back to the basics?

Thank you. Thank you for that. I agree with you 100%. In the church, there's kind of a challenge, right? Attention, where we want to talk about forgiveness, and Jesus fulfilled the law, and so we're all good. But multiple times throughout scripture says, if you love me, you will keep my commands, which is specifically referring to sin. Right. And the microwave or fast food drive through experience that people get with church now is say the prayer

It may be painful because it's convicting you, but at the end of the day, you're so better because you went there for it. Because out of the things that are difficult, we grow. And I think most people go to church today based on which church makes me feel most comfortable and isn't in the face. Isn't in my face. And I worked at a church for a few years here in town, and I live in Colorado Springs now
