And you say, well, why would it surge if it's just like that in West Africa? Because West Africa, it gives us 60% of the chocolate that we get around the world. 60%. So that adversely affects the local production units that have been emerging in recent years. So, as you can see, chocolate makers eventually turn to cocoa alternatives. They could do that

So if the prices is going to go up, and we know that the prices are going to go up, make some cash fast, buy some blocks of stock, make some money, and when it levels out, you can always sell them. I'm diabetic. I shouldn't be eating the chocolate anyway, even though I love chocolate. Breaks me out. I eat it anyway. Gives me headaches. I eat it anyway

As far as financial, this is a great point that you brought up. I'm glad that you brought it up. And definitely just get your snacks because yeah, all prices are going up probably more than likely and we already have enough with inflation now they're going to take away our sweets too. I think not all

There's some US based chocolate companies, Scharfenberger, based in Berkeley. V o S G E s. A woman owned chocolate company that makes really amazing chocolate. They have banana coconut chocolate bars, matcha with green tea nibs in the chocolate bars. V o s g e S. I think it's called vogues. Vogues. It's pronounced in French. I don't speak French. But amazing chocolate nonetheless. And others as well. So, hey, yeah, better stock up while I can

That is a good idea. Always do your research. Always check and see. Because I'd like to know, too. What is the time frame here? Because I was just telling my husband because he's about to go to Walmart. And I was like, look, honey, we might need some more chocolate in the house. So, yeah, like I said, I bake and stuff, so I'm going to get some. But I love it

I love chocolate, so it might be a lifesaver for me, but I can definitely understand because the world will be so much different without chocolate now. Funny fact, my son doesn't like chocolate. He doesn't eat it at all, so it'll be normal for him. But for me, it would be a loss

You know, even though people eat chocolate bars with shortage in chocolate, you're going to be short on hot chocolate. Anything that requires chocolate in it, chocolate shakes, chocolate malts, anything, chocolate cakes, german chocolate cakes. So all of that frosting and everything like that that requires real chocolate or cacao beans is going to be in shortage and it's going to be higher priced. So I know what you're saying. I mean, I'm a diabetic

Chocolate. I love chocolate. Three musketeers, Kit Kat, peanut butter cups, all kinds of chocolate. I like dark chocolate better than the regular chocolate. Thanks for the great story on chocolate. Bye now. Take care. Bye

Hey. I just thought I should point out, because I mentioned it in my previous response, that this is one of my favorite chocolates ever. This company called Vosgues. I don't even know how to pronounce it, but they make green tea chocolate, and it's just amazing. I don't even get this chocolate more than, like, once every couple of months because it's a little bit outside my affordability. I think one chocolate bar runs about $9.50, something like that

So please forgive my heater in the background, but it's kind of cold today here. So anyway, yes, thank you so much for commenting. All of the chocolate that you mentioned is delicious

I've never had matcha to begin with, and then matcha chocolate, so maybe I should try Matcha first to see if I like matcha. But anyway, thank you for sharing that, because somebody's going to look at that bar and be like, oh, yeah, I have to have it

Yeah. Evelyn, when I heard about this, I literally had a hissy fit. I eat chocolate all the time. I have really bad migraines. I get them, and I eat dark chocolate to help me with that, along with taking Motrin and some other things. So, yeah, I do eat actually chocolate every day, so this is definitely gonna impact me. I don't know, maybe it's giving me a really good excuse to stock up on even more

Thank you so much, Miss Leanne. Yeah, it might be a good time to stock up on your chocolate. If you have to have it every day because your head hurts. Definitely, definitely go out and get you some chocolate. And thank you so much. Everything's not well, but it's not horrible either. So just dealing with the fact that I've lost my dad
