Now, one of the things that he loved to do on his menu was French fried potatoes. So one day, according to the legend, a customer repeatedly sent the French fried potatoes back to the kitchen, saying they were thick and too soft. Well, his solution to that is that he thinly sliced the potatoes so thin and fried them in the grease until they were brown. The customer loved the crisps, and soon the other guests began asking for them as well

Hi, Lady Phi. Happy Friday. Thanks for sharing this knowledge that I did not know. I never heard of the invention, I never knew anything about this until now. But what I do know though I love to eat them, that's the only thing I know. And also some time if I eat a lot, it makes me drink a lot of fluid like water or juice or anything. Yes, thanks for sharing and I will try to dig a little more and find some fact

You. Thank you so much for responding to this. Well, I, too, brother, love to eat them. Like, if I was locked in a potato chip factory, I would be in trouble because I'd be passed out from just eating potato chips. I love them that much. So, yes. Thank you so much. I appreciate that
