Diet or try it, why I am done with dieting!

If I'm going to eat a snicker, I know I can't have a fanta pop. I have to balance my sugar some way. I hate dieting, and I hate the fact that the whole United States thinks that dieting is the way to lose weight. Well, they say diet and exercise, but when they say diet, I don't think they mean stray away from everything you love. I think they mean just make better choices. Making better choices costs money

You. Thank you so much for contributing to this. Well, I do agree with that. I think it's about discipline, knowing which foods will set me off. I know that when I drink juice, especially grape juice, man, it skyrockets my sugar so fast, so I have to put, like, a lot of ice in it and dilute it

And so you're definitely right that the doctors don't typically explain what diet means. But I really think that people will benefit from reading Kaki Akamura's book WA that I talk about on swell often, because when she was born in America, she's Japanese, but was born in America, she was overweight, and she's been overweight most of her life. She tried every diet. It known to man, like literally every diet it is

It. Thank you so much for responding. I really appreciate that. And yes, ma'am? We do need to look at food differently. If we look at food for fuel, as opposed to to fill us up, I think that would help tremendously. I do need to get moving. That's a big problem for me, because being disabled, I don't get to get moving that much. But, heck, they got chair exercises, so I can start some of those work from there

I love doing stretches and pilates, but I do have my exercise bike here that my husband got for me, so that helps a lot because it's very convenient. It's indoors, and I can jump on it for about 15 minutes or so or even 30 minutes. So I'm just glad that we can look at as well when it comes to food, I'm glad we can view it as fuel and also as fun as far as what we connected to
