You take a moment to breathe and then you breathe again. And then you breathe again until you're in a relaxed state of mind. And then the body will follow. You can sleep for 12 hours and not be rested if that sleep is interrupted, or if you've got so much on your mind that you cannot properly get your mind to rest. So if you are unrested, let's take a moment to figure out why you're unrested. Are you too invested in other things?

He's knocked out. The TV is off. Every now and then he might forget, but for the most part, he does a really good job with remembering. And so, yeah, I get my sleep, but my rest, that is the part especially with me being self employed and a woman in business. I'm in the middle of doing Uber and I'm already thinking about what bills need to be paid and how I source those funds
