He created the first trimmatic field sequential system, which basically is a technology that transmits moving images in variations of red, green, and blue to achieve the spectrum of color. So his invention caused us to be able to watch TV in color instead of black and white. And that, my friends, is the first day and the first episode of Black and Brown History. Every day, I look forward to talking to you guys more and more about that, because you know what? Representation really matters

Thank you so much, sir. That was such a sweet thing to say. Thank you so much. I really appreciate history. It teaches us about the past. It directs us toward the future. So I'm so grateful to be able to talk about it finally. And I love the fact that black and brown people have contributed to history in such a magnificent way
