@askswell | What’s your preparation look like for back to school for the kids?
I guess my question is, what are your pre start school routines? Do you have something that you guys do you go over? What does it look like in the morning when you get them ready for school? Do you have everything laid out previously? Do you get up and just go with the flow? What's your procedure?

So I didn't wait until they were starting school, like, two weeks or more before they were actually going to start school. I would have them start going to bed as if school had already started. That way, they could get in the hang of going to bed early and getting up for school

Now, my kids, they weren't into sports or drama or any of that. They didn't want to do nothing because they just weren't interested in the things that they were offering, except robotics. They were very good at that. So, yes, when you are a single mom and you're getting ready for the kids to go back to school, preparation is key. Organization is always key, because if you don't know what stuff is, you get truly aggravated

I could see that being beneficial, because then when they're ready to go back to school, they won't have a problem getting up. But yeah, that is cute. I like that. They would have been mad, but they'd have been up, and you like, because I told you I'm your mama. See, that's what my mama told me. That's what I tell them. So anyway, that's really nice.
