#askswell | Why does Cleaning your house make you feel so much better?

article image placeholderUploaded by @LadyFi
Good evening, Maswellcast family. Good evening. I hope your day was amazing. Oh, man, I've been so busy today cleaning. And why does cleaning your house make you feel so much better? I think it's because you're getting rid of the clutter. You're taking the time to organize, and when you organize, you put it in the way you want to put it, and it just looks so much better. I was listening to music

Hey, Evelyn. This erica here. First of all, congratulations on your marriage. And second of all, I love cleaning because of the music. The playlist will have some jams on there and I'll listen to the music and also the organization. What's interesting about me is I'm not the most organized person at all. But when I do get into a mode of cleaning, it feels so refreshing

It makes me sad when I see my house cluttered like that. So, yes, for me, it brings me joy. And the music is everything, honey. The playlist on amazon, I have Alexa playing everything, honey. But today it was Janet Jackson's turn. That's my girl. Anyway, yes, ma'am. This was a very interesting answer because you included so much, and I appreciate that. Because you know what? I learn something every day

Hello, and thanks for the invite to this. Well, I really do think that cleaning your house makes you feel better. Because just think about it. When we got a lot going on in our lives and we can't concentrate on anything, what happens? Our minds gets boggled. So in our house, like, a messy house leads to a messy mind

You. Thank you for responding to this. Well, I do agree with you. When things are cluttered, you can't find nothing, and then you feel so horrible because it pisses you off that you can't find it. Right? So, yeah, cleaning my house yesterday felt good. Now I'm exhausted today, and I'm hurting. But still, I'm very glad that it was done. It made me happy. So thank you so much for contributing to this

You. I agree. Being able to see a shining floor and the countertops, being clean with junk and stuff off of it, everything being organized on the shelves, that makes me so happy. And I just feel so much better. You know, a clean house gives me a clean spirit. I believe. So thank you so much for contributing to this. Well, thank you. I appreciate all y'all's valuable insights

But I'll come into the apartment, and I'll start cleaning. I'll say hi to my girlfriend, hang out with my cats for a minute, because, well, I mean, as soon as you walk into an apartment and you see cats, why wouldn't you want to hang out with them? But having said that and I'll start cleaning, and we had a conversation not that long ago, and my girlfriend thought that I was irritated with her

I hope everything gets much better, because every day isn't a sunny day, but then there are days when there are lots of sun, right? So I'm really hoping that everything is better with you as well as anyone else that's going through a couple of things right now. And I'm really glad that you posted this, because people need to hear that that cleaning is good for you, but the way other people clean and why it's good for them

And now we're getting a couple of gaming chairs, but then the rest of the house is just pretty much empty. Me and you feel so much better when you don't have all that I don't know what to call it. Chattel. All that chattel just lying around all over the place. So now I just got my main things that I love to do

It. I agree with that. I agree that you should get a fresh look on things and get rid of a whole bunch of stuff you don't need. Donate it, trash it, whatever. But starting afresh would be great if you can afford to do so. Leaving it simple. And that would help a great bit. So I agree with you. This is a great idea. Thank you. Bye
