If you are angry with someone to the point of just boiling over, try your best to let it go, because it disturbs your whole aura, your whole peace, your whole body that's not in peace will not even feel right. You won't even feel good. Your joints will hurt, your head will hurt. You won't be in the mood to do anything good. So find your peace. Peace is not something that you always will find readily. But it's there

I was the one trying to provide the understanding, trying to point you in the right direction, give you clarity, understanding of certain things. So that just left my sister, my mom and my dad at my wedding. And his family was there, his total family was there. And I was a little embarrassed, but I was also a lot relieved because who's supposed to be there for me, was there for me. And they were encouraging and I had fun and we smiled and we danced and we cut up and they celebrated my day, my joy, my new love of my life. They even celebrated the food

Because especially when navigating conflict within, I guess, spaces where there's more at risk or more on the line. So in family relationships or even within your career you can still be professional, you can still be cordial but you no longer have to engage with that person and it doesn't mean that you're mad at them and it doesn't mean that that is problematic

It. This is a very great topic. Me personally, I think it's both. I think it's elusive and I think it can be obtained. I think it just depends on the party. It depends on the person who did the wronging. It depends on the person who may have been wronged. And who exactly is trying to be the bigger person. It's so many avenues with this. Because is when we think of personal circumstances, they come in so many different variables

But all in all, I think reconciliation can be attained, like you said, based on the people that are trying to obtain it. If they have matured and move forward and know what they've done wrong and decide that's not the path I want to take anymore, then I think people can have peace and reconciliation with each other.
