It won't fit in my budget right now. I'm really buckling down on my priorities right now, so I can't. What's the compensation? How much are you willing to pay? A lot of times people will get out your face if you start talking about compensation. Are you able to better that offer? Sorry, that's a no can do. I only say yes to very select opportunities and unfortunately this doesn't meet my criteria

You. Hey, Ms. Evelyn. Good morning. I love this. I actually have a master class that I often teach entitled how to hold onto your yes by learning how to say no. And I don't incorporate 99 methods, but I give the listeners a couple of ways to say no without actually saying no, because that's actually hard for a lot of people. But there's certain segues you can use to get out of the thing and essentially hold on to your yes. Right

Well, let me check and see if I'm able to do that. I don't think I'm able to do that right now. Or, no, this is not a good time. And I have to practice saying no because otherwise people will be like, oh, she's going to do it. They try to manipulate you into a yes when the yes is no, I'm not doing it. Find somebody else to do it. I love that one

You. I really love this. Well, thanks for sharing. And yes, I'm learning to say no, too. I say yes all the time. Yes, yes. But from now on, I'm learning to say no. And that's the best thing that I could say because people so used to you doing this and doing that for them, they expect yes all the time. But no, you have to start telling people no because they tend to take advantage of you

You're absolutely right. People will take advantage of you when you don't know how to say no. And there are so many ways to say no and be really Lolita about it. So that's why I want to do this, so you would know 99 ways to say no. So thank you so much, and I'm so glad that you're learning to say no as well
