Am I an Imposter? Or a hidden Rock Star?

article image placeholderUploaded by @ladyelle
Whatever it is that you need to tell yourself, I'm a rock star in consultant. I'm a rock star informants. I'm a rock star in wellness, and I'm a rock star. I'm a rock star because of who I am and because of the experiences that I've had and on top of that, the education that I've been afforded to gain. So being a rock star in my industry and in life, it allows me to be an expert in some areas

Will the REAL ME stand up!

Yeah, totally. I feel like imposter syndrome is having a disconnect with reality, being out of touch with what your real skills are and what your real faults are. And that's the thing. If you're not connected to that and if you're not aware of what those are without judging yourself, there's no way to grow and improve and to also own the the achievements that that you've, you know, that you've gotten done so far

Hey, lady. L my name is Ethan. I just wanted to hop in on this real quick because I really enjoyed your swell, and I wanted to ask a few questions and talk about something that I've been going through because I've actually rerecorded this podcast, lady l six times. This reply, I've redone it six times, and I just caught myself doing it

@r.o

Hi there. I love your response on up to what you achieve yet grow at the same time. Wow. That's a great way to look at this. I truly like the idea of embracing it all. I mean, it's a beautiful theme when you can recognize it, but it's an even more amazing thing when you can embrace it all in the process of going through and growing into and becoming and being. It's also beautiful. So thank you for your response

You got to have both with swells. And so I love the fact that we can use this. If you had that sort of experience as an imposter syndrome, this is the perfect space to do it because it's not too long, it's not too much. And you still have to ensure that what you're saying is valuable. And then when you do it, you have to also be satisfied with it
