If you got an iPad, if you got any type of tablet, play a game, read a book. Like I said, put your phone on. Do not disturb. If it's that important, they can leave a voicemail. If it's not important, it wasn't meant for you to get the message. Those that love and understand will understand that. You need that. Break. It's nothing wrong with that. It's okay to do that. You need to recharge

So I pray, I read my Bible verse and I do some stretching. And then I work out my temple because that's so important to me, to work out my temple. When I am finished with my workout, I then do a cold shower. And if you search cold showers or cold shower therapy on YouTube, again, lots of literature, research based literature. There's another person who's well known for cold showers. The benefits, the physiological benefits of cold showers

So I think that at least the society I was raised in, american culture systems I was raised in, it was not about taking care of yourself so that you could show up in the best way possible to the world and to your loved ones. It was about just like how hard can you grind and how hard can you work, how early can you wake up to start working and be productive and all of that. And it's like I believe there is so much productivity in taking care of yourself
