There has been a lot of upheaval in my life over the past month and one thing that I came to understand was that a lack of self love leads to the need for external validation especially in those who have codependent qualities and seek out the wounded in an effort to be a sort of rescuer. They fall into the trap of over giving where they seek validation and worth through giving of themselves physically and emotionally

You. What a great message. I also think about something, Too. What happens when you are that person that you're describing and, you know, that still attracts the Other Type of people? Like, that person actually attracts all types of people. And you just got to be vigilant. You just got to stay vigilant
