And so when we add it to the dish, it really just elevates and gives it a new sort of texture. Importantly, Ozoni was brought over in my family through my great grandmother, who. Who immigrated from Okinawa in the early 19 hundreds. And it's really such a fascinating staple of japanese culture because it is a symbol of good luck and good health. And it's also just a really pleasant, warm thing to eat first thing on the New Year's Day

Wow. This is so cool to listen to. I love learning about different cultures through the food. I think there's so much there. And clearly, by your swell, it's obvious that there's a lot of. A lot of history and a lot of personal history as well, which is so, so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. I would be so curious to try this now. It sounds delicious

So I will make some phone calls and check around some of the places I'm traveling to and see if any of these restaurants maybe have this dish, because I would love to try it from a very, very authentic cuisine and know that it's exactly as it is intended to taste. Thanks for this recommendation. I think it's going to be a fun hunt. I'll let you know what I find
