Okay. So College with ADHD is definitely a very interesting thing because, you know, I feel like throughout high school and, like middle school, you kind of had someone to guide you and kind of keep you on task. But like, the transition of living on your own and having an attention deficit disorder is very interesting. And I feel like I've had to create a lot more routine and become way more organized than I ever was before
And it's like, it takes us to get moving a lot to burn energy. So this is what it is. These are genetics that have been passed down. I'm going to share a really great podcast. This one totally blows the water on how to approach these situations and to even think, like, are we learning and doing things the right way? Are we supposed to be doing more things in nature and like, learning in nature or going on walks?

Hey, Kylie, it was really interesting hearing about your experience in college with ADHD, because I am currently in college and have ADHD and it has definitely impacted me for sure. I didn't get diagnosed until I was in college as well in my sophomore year. It just like I kind of knew I had it for a while, but it just got to the point of where I wasn't turning in my work on time and I was more just really overwhelmed with a lot of things
