Chest / Bench Press: Shoulder Pain

And I'm just curious if anybody has ever resolved this issue during workouts, because I thought I have, but I have not been able to because my sticking point on the bench press, particularly the barbell bench press, is definitely not the weight. It is the right side shoulder pain. And I'm not sure how to get past this

Whats up

Hey, man, what's up? When it comes to I work out a lot, and I'm 36 years old. So with being up there in age, I have to be mindful of my body. And the things that I do, I just can't jump into stuff. But one of the things that I've always had challenges with, even before I got into working out and everything, was my shoulder, my right shoulder

So generally I tend to like exercises that will help sturdy or kind of remedy body parts. So it would be interesting to hear if they had you go through some exercises, what those exercises were. I did go through some videos that did mention about form and this is why I talked about this before. The form in the bench press that definitely contributing to pain in your shoulder if you're not doing it correctly

Because you're constricting blood in that area and you're also tightening that area at the same time. I don't know how often you work out, but if you notice sometimes when people are working out they tie bands around their arms and it tightens and stuff like that. So it's like you're putting blood and stuff surrounding that area and everything like that. So these are a few things that I picked up having a physical therapist
