You. So one of my students said an interesting thing. He said, Mr, you wouldn't make a bad principal. And it was interesting he said that to me because I'm not saying he's an extremely challenging student, but he's in that class. He's in one of the more challenging students

When you have all of that and you got they're on the high end of behavioral issues. They're on the high end of teacher turnover, and the materials and the books that they're using are in poor condition and out of date. When you're in a situation like that, it can make taking on a principal or administrator role ten times more challenging, especially when you don't have what you need to really turn things around

And she started expelling kids left and right and doing suspensions. And sure enough, in two years, it was a totally different school. Right? And to the point where you didn't have to. So the point is, when your school gets down into the dumps, you have to have a period where you are willing to do whatever it takes
