I also wanted to have a job that when I did intervention or tutoring is really with both ends. I wanted to work with both high performing students and low performing students because they both take additional resources and efforts that those in kind of the middle of the curve do not. It's not exactly what I want to do, neither of these jobs as the end goal, the ideal one, but it does move me away from being more of a lead classroom teacher and more of a role that can support different, potentially support different teachers in a school or school system in some respect, and then also supporting underachieving and overachieving students. But really these positions focus on underachieving students and
