Back To School PD Day 1: Accepting The Power / Authority Others Give You

I think really having more gratitude in that sense, like accepting compliments and owning the power that people give me is kind of one step right to, I think, start by if you start by giving taking the power people give you. You don't have to work so hard to get spend all that time getting power elsewhere or authority or a sense of ways people will trust and follow you to make you more effective at

Surprise Retainment

But I'm glad that both of them are back in particular. I just wish at least the science teachers concerned, who has some of the same concerns as me, we were we were responsible. We as a school were responsible enough to really take care of those issues. So that retainment isn't a battle

Content/Curriculum: A Job of its Own

But it just reminded me, like I said before, how teaching can be a little different in that it's really a number of jobs at once, and just managing the curriculum and digital side of things and documents and content, it really feels like a job in its own, and a lot of other office jobs have that

Oh, you're really looking to me for this. And it's a very rewarding experience if you choose to take what's given to you. And I've come to learn that some people learn in different ways, and some people just don't know, even when we think they do
