But the joints, the elbows, the ankles, the knees, I just have to watch out. And if I go too heavy without having those parts fortified, like, I've seen injury happen for particularly the shoulders. Yeah. So I think along with the teaching journal, I think I have a social journal. I'm reading a book on here. I'll do a fitness journal, too
