Fitness Reset

And wherever, you know, I have the shoulder joints, the the knee joints, the ankles, my toes, for example. I wanted to be fairly mobile and strong and then my grip in my forearms, I wanted to be I did all that. And I feel like now that getting off track while becoming a teacher kind of really knocked me off. Where the point where I really couldn't do anything regular for, let's say, a good two months or hardly work out at all
