There an open choice program basically takes the kids who are in those less well funded resource school districts and places them into better funded, more well resourced school districts, and I'd be tutoring those kids, which is I think is actually an amazing program to have. So I'll interview for it. But the problem is, I looked it up it's again hourly without benefit. So we'll see where that goes
