Your brain on the other hand, then comes from the area of action and things. How do you feed your brain? Now, with your brain you're able to start looking at a single path to solving a problem or leveraging or taking opportunities to your side. Now, how do you grow that? A very simple exercise is to constantly find minimum two solutions to any challenge, any opportunity that you find across your weight. Now, what does this do?

So if your mind tells you to take some breaths then those breaths are going to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, your breath and digest and actually calm your brain, calm your body and therefore probably calm your mind and your thoughts as well. Like the slower your breath, the slower and more controlled your thoughts. So yeah, I'm here for this and thanks for sharing
