Because I've always heard that having consistency in learning, whether it's learning a language all the way through your fifty s and sixty s, or getting active physically and learning a new sport or chess or bridge or all these other games that we can play just to kind to keep our brain malleable and healthy, I would love to hear about it. So what's your take on that and look forward to the next post
