Corporate World | First Day at Work
So it's very key that you understand the kind of relationships you hold. So two things so far. Firstly, you absorb, absorb as much knowledge as possible. Of course, this is after you've signed your contract, which is very key. Observe as much knowledge as possible and subsequently observe. This observation, again, is a very, very fundamental aspect of your life in the corporate world

These were very helpful tips. Thank you for sharing those. And it's very key, that observation period. Well, really, the observation period is forever, I say, because you want to continue to keep both eyes open, ears open, just this heightened level of awareness

And part of corporate life or success in corporate life is to keep moving. It's no point getting stuck and worrying about what went wrong, ideas to fix it and then get going and move and show character, show resilience. These are some of the characteristics for growth and development and getting noticed and a positive perception being triggered around you

My fear is that at a very early stage, at a very early stage, while you just joined your company, the observation phase, I think it should be short and short in context for each individual. The reason is because it's key that observation eventually evolves into awareness. You see, when you go from observation to awareness and the state of awareness, like I said, it's a state. It's not like you're actively doing anything anymore because it becomes like a muscle memory
