I’m insouciant, not indifferent

And it's so interesting to me that this was a synonym for indifferent, when in reality, indifference is seen negatively. When someone says you're indifferent, they don't say it in a manner in which it feels like, oh, that's okay. It sounds like a judgment. So over the last year or so, I've come to use the word insucient, because when your partner asks you, what do you want for dinner?

Wow, this is the first time I have ever heard of this word. And I'm 42. However, I frequently say you learn something new every single day. Okay. insucient. I had to look the word up. And interestingly enough, it says it's an adjective, of course, showing a casual lack of concern, indifferent. And then it gives an example. This person gave an insucient shrug

If I feel indifferent and I've noticed this and I think it's individual, I think words fit people just like clothes fit people. We all don't wear the same size. I think for this, it's one of those where the one just fits better than the other. Because that my perspective now, to be indifferent, yeah, it could happen. But I like to be insucient about some of the little things that really don't matter because honestly, go with the flow
