So for self care is my peace of mind. Because both of the mind toxic through the problems and many other things. Relax. I'm enjoying my life. I'm not hating it. That does my self care. And that's what people are like. They don't care about themselves. They are just maybe running. But I'm not putting my legs like our service

Yes, I agree with your points, too. And when it comes for me how I do to practice myself in the way self care for self care is anything you do to take care of yourself so you can stay physically, mentally and emotionally well, it's very important. And its benefits are better physical, mental and emotional health and well being. And I also think that self care promotes us for positive health outcomes such as fostering resilience, living longer and becoming better equipped to manage stress

Well, recently to topic of self care. Care has really been in the headlines for me. Self care would be keeping myself healthy and happy and some of the habits which I have developed over a period of time is working out to keep myself healthy and to keep myself happy is just around on myself. The people who really make me feel happy

For self care is actually caring for your own self. Well, it includes hair care, spa and all, but in my opinion, selfcare also includes of mental health. So whenever I feel low or down, I just like open up to the people I'm comfortable with and I just sit for advice. Because for me, self care also meant to care about my own mental state and have a good mental peace and stability

But when everything is cleaned and when everything is sorted or like exactly one place, this is a kind of relief and it gives a positive vibe. And that's selfcare for me. And I just know that many people like even self care, many people get stressed out like what they should do, what they should not do. And according to me, self care is all about making physically, mentally or making environment and giving it more peace so that it may help you to relax

Yeah. So as if you ask me, self care is both peace of mind and taking care of your whole body as well and making choices that suit your belief systems and suits you the most. And ask swell. Self care care is trying to stay calm as possible at various situations that you come across in life. And if you do that, your mental and physical health will not be Sharma. So that care will be self care for me and that's for me. And thanks for this one
