The story is yet to reach its logical conclusion. With such monies paid to own the teams, one would like to see a far higher player post than the Rupees twelve kadovic eventually allowed. It is ultimately about the players. They need to earn more and get rewarded. That's when the ecosystem will become novice. That's when more girls will take to the sport and the foundation will get stronger. It is still Australia and England that dominate the women's game

And the biggest differences are male cricketers, the male counterparts for these athletes, they can look at cricket as a career option as well. We did announce Pay parity a few months back, but I don't think that means anything until unless we play the same number of games, remotely close at least. So, yeah, I think Twelve Crows is definitely not enough and it's only going to go up in the years to come
