I love that phrase you use, that communication is a mosaic of styles that's so beautiful and so true and yeah, really depends on the scenario and on the people that you're communicating with. And I love what you're highlighting here with empathy as well and how important communication it is, because one thing is to feel the empathy and another thing is to transmit it effectively and clearly. I think clarity is huge, like you mentioned. So, yeah, this is a great series
