For stress everything doing dance improves our self esteem it increases our self esteem like we do dance steps we have confidence if we do that in front of another people it increases the value of ourselves in ourselves like when I dance in front of other people. I gain confidence and when I gain confidence. I start value myself so it increases the self esteem secondly
