Well, it's a very informative video and, you know, I didn't know a few things despite being women, but, yeah, it's really nice listening about, you know, menstrual cycle and that. Young generation is creating awareness about this and it's just a natural process, same as breathing and eating food or something like that. So thank you for sharing this where it was very informative
