Advice about menses

What happens is I just want to cover first of all the things in the earlier times. In earlier times we were not allowed to exercise at all or to go to kitchen or do household works. The scientific reason was at the time of menstrual cycle we go through certain hormone changes as well as physical cramps, because muscles contract and relax continuously so that the blood can flow in a regular way. So our body needs rest and household work exercises, everything needs physical strength
