This last week, especially has just been kind of crazy as far as me trying to get rest, like I'm up and down back and forth to the bathroom or I just feel plain old restless or I have all these things kind of just like running through my mind, which is preventing me from sleeping. Now I am very into having a sleep bask or some meditation apps I like to listen to to help me sleep if I just can't lay back and go to sleep normally
