Regain the lost motivation

Because external force will never get for a long time. So in my opinion this is the best option. And there are so many things people are struggling studies and consistency with the workout, losing weight, gaining weight, consistency with the diet you need motivation for all such things. I'm one of them. I also want to make my body healthy and I always wonder here and there for motivation in the beginning. But with the time period I realize that nothing works

And that shouldn't be the case either because someone else telling us something to something about our body or someone else commenting something that should not affect us into taking steps that shouldn't be reason enough to do or start anything. If something comes from within, if we set a goal for ourselves, whether that be some sort of exam preparation workout, a long term habit that we want to inculcate, I think all of that definitely needs to come from within
