Are we too hard on our self

article image placeholderUploaded by @KINGPOP
So we are just accustomed to what we were raised and how we were raised. And I look back at how hard it is for the generation today, how they try to keep up with the Joneses. And sometimes it's okay that you can't really keep up at that time, you know what I'm saying? But there's not saying that you're never going to keep up

It's about doing what you have to do if we are hard on ourselves being too hard on our self you know our dudes don't and are must-haves &must do

But then I also think of just life in general and how it is just harder these days to get by. I think for a lot of folks, just financially and emotionally, there's just so much. And I think that there's times where I feel like I have to just keep going and not really take time just because of the circumstances. But I think that there's moments and it's important

You? This is a great question. I think if we're speaking generally generally we are too hard on ourselves. I don't even know if I would consider it generational. I believe we are so hard on ourselves that we are not allowing ourselves to be profoundly happy. It as in we are actually inhibiting our own profound happiness. And it seems to me that is because we either underestimate the value of really knowing ourselves or we do understand the value

Sometimes it's hard to get out that mindset to not to be hard on yourself. It's a good thing sometimes, but sometimes it's a bad thing. Especially when you have kids in a family, you expect them to be the same way as you and sometimes they don't have the same vision and drive because you protected them. And that's the way I look at it. To answer the question is we hard?

As if like unless your me season is lifelong. Otherwise, why would you choose just a fragment of your life to make it about you? No, it should be about you every single day. How are you keeping your cup full? Because it's spiritual. It's biblical. If you don't believe in the Bible, then let's go back to it spiritual that we keep our cup full and we give to others from a space of overflow, not from a space of lack
