Inner thoughts
In order for me to be everything that my mom, my sister, my niece, husband, brother, cousin, whatever, in order for me to be what they need me to be, I have to be there for me first, and then that's when I can be there for them. Because now I'm well rested. I'm together. We have to get rest. Get rest. Can we go out and be the best we can be?

You. Hi. I'm the one person at least I'm the first person to reply, but thank you for that. Very inspiring to me. At the beginning of the year, I don't always do this, but I did have a word for the year and you reminded me it was pause and end. The idea with that was to actually pause and pray and see what God is going to inspire for me to do

You. I agree. I recently I do a podcast, and one of the things that I talked about was having a refuge. And I know that I mentioned refuge for moms, but a lot of times it's not just moms that need the refuge because we, we do. Even as women, we we take on so much and we have to be that strong, that strong person for people all the time
