Now, some tried and tested tips that issu in order to stop procrastination is try to break down bigger tasks. Try to break down your bigger task into a manageable chunks. Take proper breaks. Like if you study for 3 hours at a stretch, take a break of at least ten to 15 minutes in order to calm your brain. Identify your problem

Hi, Krishna. First of all, great swell. And the way you explained it was very nice and easy. So everyone can understand that. I think a procrastination is often misled and, you know, make procrastination is something that is like we do some other stuff when we have to do something else. And labor we do nothing. Basically, we don't do stuff that we should and we also don't do stuff that we do something else. So these two terms are misled

You know, procrastination, I think is one of the things that we should get rid of as soon as possible because this is kind of a culprit responsible for majority of the people failure also. So if your person who procrastination a lot, I think it can become a very dangerous thing for you and I appreciate you for making us swell on such a topic. Even I have covered us a loan procrastination and I think most of our thoughts match and I'm happy about that
