How to let go of your past and how not to be anxious about the present. Forgiveness, it helps you to practice. Gratitude, it helps you to practice and believe me, you feel good after practicing it for 28 days. And there are some practices I continue to do even today after saying five to six years after reading the book whenever I am in a deep trauma or I feel depressed. So these two books I definitely suggest check it out and definitely it will be of help to you
