All of these things to look like, I think is so important. And that's why I run groups and do workshops, particularly for women who often also have to negotiate in different ways and take different things into consideration when they are planning out their future. And so I think it's important to remember those things. So the first big question is what is your purpose? What is your purpose in this job? It feels very existential, and it is. But why did you pursue whatever you studied?

But I am asking my why did I take this position and is this something that I want to do? And I was thinking back to how I wish that I had more confidence and the abilities that you're talking about negotiating and finding the right fit earlier on when I had graduated with my bachelor's. I have a master's now and I'm still studying. Like, I am a constant learner
