The message on the screenshots said that the video only revealed on one side of the story with a person who urgently shot with the moment being smart about it. The further stated that most of the passengers on the flight were particularly ill mannered and were very rude to the crew. They called them servants and were after their life for food when they view that they were traveling on a low budget airline. The crew also said that Wood was just doing their job with ultimate integrity and hard work

I know it's a person to person thing and a lot must have happened. But it is also true that there have been instances where the airline staff has been rude to the passenger. There is no black and white in this and I'm not particularly referring to this specific incident in this place. It well could have been the passengers tirade outburst. But it is also not very uncommon to hear how the airline staff has been unnecessarily rude to the passengers without any provocation

But Majorly, if you see this was like here the she was just saying what the things are currently, but the passenger over here was in a different state, so it was not appropriate at all
