If you are not able to identify your emotion then how you will be able to control that. And after that, label your emotion. Label that. If you are angry, if you are tired, just label that so that you can categorize your emotion and then you can overcome this issue. And if these things don't help you, then seek for the therapy. It's not bad to seek you for the therapy if not the formal one

I love how complete this wellcast was. I feel like you touched on every angle of this issue. I think a lot of stuff is really important to hear. Especially, I think maybe when you're angry, you can kind of put up a wall. But it is important to feel like you can reach out to family or friends or therapy if you need. Yeah. Super important.
