Hydration: How much should we drink?

Welcome to swell, cast. Hi, I'm Kavya, and today we are tackling with hydration. How much water do we need to drink to be the best and brightest us. Over the summer, it felt like people were going wild about h two. The message all around is that we have have to stay hydration. And the risk of not guzzling down in our water seems bad and really bad. So how much water should we drink each day? It's a simple question with no easy answer

First of all, I would like to say that I love the content of her swell cast. And the answer to the last question by me would be I think water is a major source through which we can stay hydration. But it's not the only source through which we can stay hydration. Hydrated by eating fruits which are rich in water content. We can stay hydrated by consuming juices of those fruits as well. So love the silkast caviar. Thank you

But to answer your questions like yes, water is very much essential for us and water is like it's mainly considered as the most important source of hydration as we know that our bodies are made up of 60% water and every system depends on water. But it's not the only source of hydration

We really shouldn't because this is something that our life depends on. As everyone knows, 70% of our body is made of water. So what if we are not taking in the amount of water needs? So, yeah, let's all stay healthy and keep drinking water. Thank you

You very important information you have given how to drinking water. So in simple words, you have told all of us that eight glass of water will be sufficient for a healthy person and the rest depends on what kind of job you are doing and what kind of daily routine you have and what is your job profile.
