Healthy diet

Yeah, you're obviously right. So since it's too hot and temperatures are very high, maintaining a healthy diet is very very important and our diet should contain as many fruits as we can. We should eat those fruits which have water content in them and then we need to take some juice kind of thing and especially lemon water is very good to health. So we need to try to take lemon water on everyday basis like twice in a day and all
