Hello Kavita. Good evening. First of all, really really nice topic you have taken and that is like fitness. Games and fitness. You know your podcast reminded me of that saying no wherein we say we don't quit playing because we get old. We get old because we quit gaming or playing. And this is so apt in today's world right now we all are in the world where our office, our shopping malls, everything have come to the touch of a button

You. Yes, I agree with you at this point that once we are emotionally balanced and fit we are able to judge the intentions of other person and we are just do this thing that we are not biased and we focus the things in a very nice and good manner. Thank you for your reply
