And in order to avoid that, meditation is very important, even though it's not easy to meditate. And meditation doesn't just when I say meditation, I'm not just saying meditation in the sense that you're sitting with your eyes closed and stuff like that, but even introspection can be a sort of meditation, or listening to music can be a sort of meditation. Whatever helps us shut those voices or at least, you know, zone them out. Zone out from them a bit
