So over the last few years I've just been in a blissful world where I don't get asked such questions. I interact with like minded people and souls and this journey can be a little scary in the beginning because as you said, we need to spend more time with ourselves. A lot of introspection and all that happens. So sometimes that can get a little unnerving and can disturb you. But yeah, you do sleep well. It works wonders for your health.
