So when I joined the people were not happy. The staff, Saturn, has actually made the hospital go down and down. What I did was to amp up the more of the steps, make them happy, give them more, seek leaves and understand them, hug them. Whatever I could do, I did with them. Most of them are ladies with three or four guys around

And so we worked through those hard moments of what accountability looks like, right? It doesn't apply to just some people. It applies to all people. And they had to learn me that I would treat everyone fairly, hold everyone to the same standard. But once they started to trust me and they had to because we were on a big project together, building a new women's and children's hospital. And so here I am. We're on this design team

You know what? I was like so touched by your reply because you could relate to all the feelings I am going through now. And you know, you are a doctor, you always have that option. You always have that option in front of of you that you can redo the thing again by qualification, I'm an electrical engineer and I was roped in to save this hospital and I was doing the Admin work

Most of the time, we are in such a situation that we feel, if someone does this to me, I love them because they're helping me. If someone does that to me, I love him because he's supporting me. So most of the time, we basically decide our emotion on anyone. I hate him because he's not helping me

Hi, Kaveri. What a beautiful message, and I agree with you wholeheartedly, and I think it is possibly a lot to do with how you connect with people, right? And must definitely do less with the position that you are are holding or they may hold and your equation with them because of that
