Hookup Culture in College Pt. 2

It's like everybody's afraid to share their feelings and to talk to people like real human beings and say, hey I like you, I want to be with you and everybody just ends up getting hurt and getting mad at each other. So I don't know, it's definitely not the healthiest thing. I think in some situations like I said in my first post it can be liberating, it can be freeing. You have this moment with a person and you don't see them again

Hey, Katie. So, yeah, this is really interesting. Thanks for this insight. I always thought about this, to be honest. I always figured, you know, the frats and the sorrowers, they would like link up in like such waves. But I never figured that it would be purely that and that people wouldn't develop actual relationships with these people. Yeah. That's just very interesting

I'm not going to say that people shouldn't do friends with benefits situation, but I think they should be cautious when getting into it and understand that a lot of issues might arise from it. I think you should really think it through before committing time to a person, even if it's just hooking up, that's still your time. And not to sound bad or anything, but I recommend this to my single friends and I just say hook up with whoever you want

But I do know for a fact that I know several of my friends, they have gone through very messy situations with their partners and among other individuals that they happen to be their acquaintances and probably not trying to be rude or anything like their rebounds or anything like that, though. And I think well, I have the feeling that hooking up with friends within France is very chaotic, though
